What's on?
Professional development is designed around four research-based IBL principles intended to provide teachers with a practice-based experience in learning to teach mathematics through inquiry. In this website one can find materials for PD leaders working with secondary school teachers during workshops, as well as support resources for teachers.
The workshop materials are built around mathematical tasks followed by videos of lessons from local classrooms, and classroom cases providing participants with reflective space for discussion. The teacher support resources, presented in booklet form, include suggestions, ideas and some background to theoretical insights as well as links to websites.
